It is important to cite the research you do for literary work because then you can show that you aren’t plagiarizing other people’s work. Citing websites ensures you protection from copyright laws and trouble you could get into for copying other people’s work without citing. You are also giving the person who created the work credit for the work they did, which you’ve used to help complete your project.
